The Secret Seeking

Reading with a pause,
With no intention, to think over a clause.

A song played in the background,
To cut off the world, that's thriving around.

Dancing to a tune,
With no specific move, to attune.

That whole-hearted laughter,
being cathartic, and leaving no urge, to speak thereafter.

That glance at a huge tree,
and getting lost, at nature's beauty.

A stroll for no reason,
just being mindful, with no adhesion.

Watching the breath with full jest, 
that makes, no hurry, no rest.

Someone's presence, so full,
leaving a centeredness, dissolving every, push and pull.

That listening so complete,
gifting more in return, in the intention to give.

That doing so complete,
having no targets to beat.

No victory no failure just for completeness,
That practice to go beyond and experience the nothingness.

The self-acceptance so deep,
no approval, no rejection could make us creep.

Each moment as a beginning,
with no thoughts on the list, in the to-do, as pending.

No past, No future,
just here and now to nurture.

Isn't that the only, that we are, 'secretly seeking',
while running after, all that is tempting !
